What are the types of breast procedures & how do they work?
Finally feeling feminine again! Pregnancies, illness or even nature itself, can be causes why women are not happy with their breasts. Unfortunately, this very often leads to the fact that those affected no longer feel feminine, no longer desired and uncomfortable. The self-esteem suffers immensely, the joy of life is often limited. In my practice, I offer different ways to regain a breast that suits your body and with which you feel comfortable again.

Breast Augmentation
Breast augmentation, , also called breast augmentation, is one of the most common aesthetic surgeries performed on patients. The focus is not only on the pure volume increase, but also on the shaping of the breast. Over the decades, various surgical methods have become established, which are used depending on the medical findings and the patient’s wishes.
Breast augmentation with silicone gel implants is one of the classic procedures in aesthetic surgery. The implants are placed over or under the large pectoral muscle to increase the volume. By choosing the right implant and the appropriate surgical technique, very convincing results can be reliably achieved. Depending on the surgical method, the short, barely visible scar runs in the armpit, on the lower edge of the nipple or on the underbust crease. In order to minimize risks such as infections, capsular fibrosis, postoperative bleeding or implant dislocation, a conscientious approach by the surgeon and optimal aftercare are essential. Breastfeeding is possible without problems in most cases despite the implant being in place.
Autologous fat is also suitable for adding breast volume. Patients who are skeptical about the insertion of silicone gel implants can benefit in this way from the volume effect of the body’s own tissue. Risks such as infection, capsular fibrosis, implant dislocation and bleeding can be significantly reduced. If a significant increase in volume is desired, several sessions may be necessary. The inserted fat cells grow at a rate of about 60 to 80 percent; in very rare cases, infections, cyst formation or embolisms may occur. The procedure can also be combined with breast augmentation using implants.
Breast Reduction
If patients suffer from too large and/or sagging breasts, breast reduction or breast lift can improve the symptoms.
In addition to the aesthetic issue, patients often suffer from back pain, skin problems and pain.
In mammareductionplasty (reduction) and mastopexy (lifting), the breast is reshaped and lifted in the process. The sensitivity of the nipple and the ability to breastfeed are often retained. The course of the scar is based on the initial situation and the patient’s wishes. Possible incision patterns include an inverse T incision, a vertical incision, or an incision circularly around the nipple. A procedure for breast reduction without any scars at all is liposuction – often in combination with plasma tightening (Renuvion®).

In order to provide you with as much information as possible, I have listed the most frequently asked questions here. Of course, I will be happy to answer any questions you may have in person!
Breast augmentation with implants takes about 60 to 90 minutes. Breast lift or reduction takes between two and three hours.
The inability to work after a breast augmentation, lift or reduction is about one week, depending on the occupation.
Breast reconstruction with autologous fat is priced from 35000 AED.
There may be general wound pain following surgery, which can be treated with oral analgesics very well.
